In a short span
of time, HDPG has developed close collaboration with a number of
International organizations and other civil society institutions. The
linkages have been developed to share expert opinion, experiences and to
get and provide support in carrying out various activities. Presently
HDPG has the following partners
INTERNATIONAL
• First Hand Foundation ( USA ) First
Hand Foundation is a Philanthropic, non profit foundation established
by the associates of Cerner Corporation and supported by the generosity
of Cerner Corporation, its associates, its business partners, and
friends. The Foundation assists individual children who have clinical,
health-related needs and no financial safety net to cover these
expenses. By focusing on the individual child, First Hand reaches
children and their families who would otherwise fall through the cracks
of insurance coverage and state aid. The Foundation strives to provide
assistance that creates independence, rather than dependence for its
recipients.
• Norwegian Human Rights fund (NHRF)
The Norwegian Human Rights Fund is a
Norwegian non-governmental organisation working to protect and promote
human rights internationally. Through The Norwegian Human Rights Fund,
the owner organisations want to give financial support to projects in
low- and middle income countries where the human rights situation is
particularly difficult, either in general or for specific groups of the
population.
• World Children Fund (WCF) World
Children's Fund is a non-profit, charitable organization whose ultimate
purpose is to facilitate caring and sharing of aid to needy children
who are abandoned, distressed, endangered, exploited, homeless, hungry,
sick or suffering worldwide. This is accomplished through the World
Children's Fund Global Care and Share Network, a proven concept in
efficiency and effectiveness that is based on indigenous partnerships.
• International Action Network on Small Arms (IANSA)
• Glaxo SmithKline (GSK)
• F. KIOS (The Finnish NGO Foundation for Human Rights) KIOS works to promote human rights in developing countries, as human rights are defined in the treaties and other instruments of the United Nations, and in regional human rights instruments. KIOS provides financial support to local civil society organizations that work for the promotion and protection of human rights in their own countries and regions. KIOS aim is to especially support the promotion of the human rights of the most disadvantaged groups of the societies.
• • • The Foundation for the Future (FFF) is an independent, multilateral, non-profit organization, committed to promoting and strengthening Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in their efforts to foster democracy and human rights in the Broader Middle East and North Africa (BMENA) region.

• • • USAID is the government agency providing U.S. economic and humanitarian assistance worldwide for more than 40 years. It works in close partnership with private voluntary organizations, indigenous organizations, universities, international agencies, other governments, and other U.S. government agencies.

• •The Taiwan Foundation for Democracy (TFD) is the first national democracy assistance foundation to be established in Asia, and is devoted to strengthening democracy and human rights in Taiwan and abroad.
